30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Original tags and packaging are required.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@casamira.co with your order details. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Gift cards and sale items
If you’re unsure about an item, please reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the item you don’t want and place a new order for the item you prefer once your return is approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period, even without a specific reason. Items must still meet the eligibility requirements above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
